Meditation Technique

WHAT IS THETAHEALING?

ThetaHealing is a meditative technique conducted while the client and practitioner are in a theta brainwave state - an altered consciousness where brainwaves are slowed to a relaxed mode.

This therapy helps to reprogram limiting beliefs stored in your subconscious - and teach you the corresponding feelings you hesitate to feel - through the connection to a higher power or divine energy.

THE PHILOSOPHY OF THETAHEALING


ThetaHealing is not a religion. We believe every religion is beautiful and we work with people of all faiths to connect with their higher spiritual power. We believe we’re all sparks of God, the spirit that intertwines and binds all things in existence.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A THETAHEALING SESSION?


One-to-one ThetaHealing sessions take place in a relaxing environment and your healer will make you feel comfortable and at ease, whether you’re new to ThetaHealing or a regular attendee. They’ll always ask for permission to access your energy first. A typical session will involve an intuitive reading, belief work and healing.

After the intuitive reading, you express your beliefs and feelings to your healer in a psychiatry-style question-and-answer session, until your root belief is unveiled. The healer then asks your permission to change your beliefs, and ‘downloads’ positive beliefs to replace the negative ones. This is preceded and followed by a series of kinesiology tests that are meant to determine whether your beliefs have been changed.

 

Most people will experience change within one session, but return for more work on their belief systems when there are complex and deeper issues they’d like to address and change.

WHY SHOULD YOU CONSIDER THIS THERAPY?

You’re responsible for everything that happens in your life, and only you have the power to change it. If you continue to blame others, you’ll always feel stuck and without control. By taking responsibility, you become empowered to make positive changes in your life and ensure it’s the way you really want it to be.

For example, if you’ve been telling yourself you don’t have enough money or you’re overweight, it will stay that way because your subconscious mind is always working on the information you send it. If that information is negative, you will only have a negative reality. Your subconscious beliefs could be holding you back from happiness, love, wellness and prosperity.

With ThetaHealing, you can change those restrictive beliefs into empowering ones. Instead of hoping for something in your life, you can teach your subconscious mind what it feels like to have it and then attract that energy into your life. We create our own reality.

Remember: The beliefs are changed instantly. Then it’s about how willing you are to let go and receive the change, because many of us want great success but don’t feel prepared for it if it came tomorrow. Essentially, we are afraid of our own desires.
