Reiki in the Woods w/ Foot Soak 90 Min

Service Description

Step away from the busy world and into the forest, where deep healing begins from the ground up. We’ll start with a barefoot grounding walk to the healing space tucked away in the woods. There, you’ll enjoy a soothing, intentional foot soak using natural ingredients to help cleanse and reset your energy. As we settle in, we’ll talk about what you’re carrying and what you're ready to shift—emotionally, spiritually, and energetically. Each session is guided by intuition and may include energy clearing tools or meditation, depending on what’s needed in the moment. Once you're fully relaxed and open, we move into a full Reiki session held outdoors, surrounded by trees and birdsong. Afterward, we’ll take a moment to share insights and support integration. This is a sacred 1:1 experience rooted in connection—with nature, with your body, and with your soul.
