Focused Distance Reiki Session — 60 Min

Service Description

This 60-minute appointment includes a brief check-in, your Distance Reiki session, and approximately 10 minutes at the end to reconnect and discuss any impressions or feedback that arose. At the scheduled time, we may connect briefly by Zoom so you can share how you are feeling and set an intention for the session. You will then rest comfortably in your own space while I offer Reiki remotely. You do not need to remain on camera or connected to the meeting while receiving the energy work. Toward the end of the appointment, we will reconnect so I can share any intuitive impressions, energetic observations, or messages that came through. At times, I may also use Tarot or Oracle cards as a supportive tool during the session. Please keep in mind that the opening conversation is included within the 60-minute appointment. A longer check-in will naturally leave less time for the Reiki portion, so it is helpful to arrive with one clear intention or area of focus. This session does not include a detailed written report, workbook, or extensive follow-up materials. Any relevant feedback will primarily be shared during our closing conversation. No previous Reiki experience is needed. Choose a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax without interruption. Distance Reiki is available to adults, children, and pregnant clients. A parent or guardian must book and provide consent for anyone under 18. Reiki is a complementary wellness practice and does not replace medical, veterinary, or mental-health care. Timing note: The 60-minute appointment includes the opening check-in, Distance Reiki, and closing feedback.
