I’m Renata — founder of The Universe Stuff.
My path hasn’t been linear, and it hasn’t been accidental. I began my professional life as an attorney, drawn to truth, structure, and helping people navigate complex situations. I cared deeply about advocacy and justice, but over time I realized that many of the struggles people face can’t be resolved only on the surface. Something deeper was always present — beneath thoughts, emotions, relationships, and the patterns we repeat without realizing why.
I’ve always believed in more than one way of understanding the world. I believe in God, in nature, in energy, and in the intelligence of the universe — but also in science, self-awareness, and our capacity to change when we truly understand what’s hurting us. I believe healing happens when we bring consciousness to our thoughts, feelings, and the stories we carry, and when we remember that we are not broken — we are powerful, responsive, and capable of transformation.
Originally from Brazil, my life has been shaped by movement, curiosity, and a natural sensitivity to the unseen layers of experience. Over the years, my interest in spirituality evolved alongside a deep respect for grounded practices, quantum physics, and the idea that our inner world shapes how we experience reality. What fascinated me most was not the idea of being “healed” by someone else — but the realization that when people understand themselves more deeply, they gain the ability to change their own lives.
As life unfolded, that understanding became impossible to ignore. I knew my work was no longer about guiding people through systems — it was about guiding them back to themselves.
That is how The Universe Stuff was born.
At first, my work lived primarily in one-on-one holistic sessions. But something unexpected began to happen: clients wanted to take a piece of that experience home.
They asked for candles to support meditation, rituals to ground their days, blends to nourish the body, and objects that could quietly remind them to care for themselves beyond our time together.
Creation followed naturally.
Today, my work lives at the intersection of ritual, wellness, and everyday life. I create clean-burning soy candles designed to support moments of pause and presence, along with other thoughtfully crafted products for everyday rituals.
I offer holistic sessions — including Reiki, Apometry, ThetaHealing, and Tarot — always meeting people where they are rather than working from rigid formulas.
I also host workshops, pop-up events, and collaborative experiences, and partner with select retailers through wholesale relationships.
Across all of these expressions, the intention remains the same: to create spaces — physical or energetic — where people feel supported, curious, and gently invited back to themselves.
My approach is intuitive, grounded, and collaborative. I don’t believe in quick fixes or promises. I believe in awareness, balance, and allowing space for what wants to unfold.
There are many ways to connect with this work — through a candle lit at home, a workshop shared with others, or a quiet session of reflection and healing. You’re welcome to explore what resonates and leave the rest.
